Delivery

Orders at marinepartsystem.com are shipped the same day if they are in stock and ordered before 5:00 PM. If we cannot ship the parts within 3-4 days, we will contact you.

Postage costs

The shipping costs in the Netherlands are free if your order is above €250. The shipping costs for orders under €250 in the Netherlands are €6.95. For all other countries, shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Requirements

After receipt of your order you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the ordered parts or items.

The returned item must be sent in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

There is no right of return on electronics, margin goods (second-hand) and custom-made items, such as 'per meter' (rope, anchor chain, etc.).

We do not take electronics back because we cannot judge from the returned electronics whether they are returned unused. Incorrect use of electronics and/or incorrectly connecting them can cause defects and/or malfunctions that we cannot determine/measure in the event of a return. Electronics are therefore non-returnable by their nature.

Parts specially ordered for you from a specific supplier in consultation cannot be returned.

Keep the receipt with the track & trace code of your return shipment until we have received your return. If the package is lost, this is your proof!

Costs for return shipments are not reimbursed.

Returned items/orders that do not meet the above conditions cannot be processed. If you send it anyway, we can send it back against payment of shipping costs.
