Warranty only applies to new products or products that are specially ordered (new)

However, we do not offer a guarantee on 2nd hand items, only in consultation.

Our items are subject to tax law, so 0% VAT will be stated on the invoice provided. These are MARGIN products so no VAT is charged on the items

Some articles in the webshop are 21% VAT. You can see this in the item price in the webshop and on the invoice.

You can change or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package, but ONLY if the parts are still in the same condition and sealed and as long as the original packaging is not damaged.

Do you still want to return the parts after 14 days? In some cases this is possible with us against a restocking fee. Ask for the possibilities. However, we at Marinepartsystem are not obliged to do this. You are therefore not directly entitled to this extra service.

Inquire about the warranty conditions per item.

Do you want to return something for any reason? No problem. Send us an e-mail with your order number and which product you want to return. In addition, add your account number + details where you want to receive your money. Once we have received the goods, your money will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the ordered parts or items.

The returned item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

There is no right of return on electronics, margin goods (second hand), oil and custom-made items, such as 'by the metre' (rope, anchor chain, etc.).

We do not accept returns of electronics because we cannot judge whether the returned electronics are returned unused. Incorrect use of electronics and/or incorrect connection thereof may cause defects and/or malfunctions that we cannot determine/measure with a return. Electronics are by their nature not returnable.

The parts specially ordered for you from a specific supplier cannot be returned.

Keep the receipt with the track & trace code of your return shipment well until we have received your return. If the package gets lost, this is your proof!

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Returned items/orders that do not meet the above conditions cannot be processed. If you send it anyway, we can send it back against payment of shipping costs.
